:: clickSHARE is an interactive customized content sharing module developed, implemented and managed by ClickSquared, which allows our clients' customers to share their experiences by posting photos, videos and stories. By utilizing this user generated content, they’ve created a built in referral mechanism.
How it works:
- Customers share their vacation, product or service experience with our client by uploading pictures, writing stories, etc.
- An online, secure, customized portal developed and managed by ClickSquared handles the uploading, tagging, storing, searching and reporting functions
- These pictures, stories etc. are used in the content creation for any future communication promoting a particular vacation destination
:: clickSURVEY was developed to give our clients the ability to measure their customer’s satisfaction in real-time by getting feedback on their products and services. It triggers a personalized communication after each customer experience (visit, purchase etc.) to help measure and increase customer satisfaction.
The clickSurvey solution includes the following:
- Custom Design Capabilities: From the look and feel of the survey (logos, colors, fonts, etc.) to when and how the survey runs to the ability to create libraries so you can re-use existing elements, clickSurvey allows you to create a completely customizable solution.
- Survey Building: Use skip logic, piping answers, random answers, scored surveys and matrix question to get the information you need to help improve your results.
- Reports: To ensure you can leverage and utilize the information you’ve collected, the ClickSquared solution allows you to use three different report filters - Date, Question and User attribute – and gives you the ability to export that data in CSV or XML using a number of different formats:

How it works:
- After a guest departs from a hotel, an automated communication is sent soliciting their feedback on the service, staff, food, amenities etc.
- The survey questions are dynamically customized based on the customer’s profile, stay period, etc.
- The survey responses are categorized, analyzed and reported back to the client and appropriately shared with prospective customers evaluating the hotel for an upcoming stay.
:: clickFEED allows our clients to provide RSS as a delivery option to their customers so they can communicate instantly about product upgrades, service enhancements, special promotions and more.
:: clickPOST is an on-going, customized data extraction and information sharing solution that works in tandem with a client hosted/managed message board. Customer message threads are continuously extracted and analyzed for valuable information. This data is then presented to the appropriate recipients at the right time to increase customer conversion/retention.
How it works:
- Customers visit the message board on our client’s website and share information about their experience using their product/service
- The clickPOST solution dynamically extracts relevant information and finds prospects in the client database that share a similar profile
- A communication is then sent to these prospects, highlighting the positive customer experience
:: clickMAP is a dynamic mapping solution that works as a mashup by combining information from our clients' database with the content of an online service to create an intelligent interactive application helping them ultimately to increase revenue.
How it works:
- An email or SMS is sent announcing a client’s new store opening to their customer database, while dynamically populating the new location into Google Maps
- Based on profiles and locations, customers home addresses are extracted from the database and fed into Google maps
- Recipients click on a link to see personalized map/directions from their home to the destination/store
:: clickPAL solutions were developed to help our clients capitalize on customers referring a particular service/product to their friends and leverage viral marketing to help increase acquisition and retention:
- Forward a communication to a Friend

The way it works:
- An existing customer receives a communication about an offer for a product/service
- Along with taking advantage of the offer themselves, they pass along the information to a friend (who is not currently on the database)
- The friend is prompted to opt-in and gain access to the offer
:: clickRATE is an automated solution that captures customer ratings on products/services from your website. This information is then leveraged in future communication when promoting that same product or service.
